    Delivery to Sharjah


    Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 4pm. Around 25–35 minutes from our Warsan 3 aviary. Free across the UAE, and you only pay on arrival once you've inspected the bird and confirmed everything matches what we agreed.


    The handover takes about 15 minutes: we set the bird up in your home, walk you through the first 48 hours of acclimation, hand over the leg-band record and, where a health certificate is already on file, the certificate too (we can arrange one through our vet partners at your cost if it isn't), and answer any questions on the spot.


    Buying from Sharjah — what to ask any seller


    If you're comparison-shopping in Sharjah (and you should), the same five questions cut through every listing. Ask any seller:


    1"Is this bird captive-bred or wild-caught?" — only captive-bred is acceptable; ask for the leg band as proof.
    2"What's the bird's age and weaning history?" — birds should be fully weaned before sale; never accept an unweaned chick at a discount.
    3"Can I see the avian-vet health certificate?" — and the date of the most recent check.

    How long does delivery take?
    Same-day across Dubai when ordered before 6pm. Next-day to Sharjah, Ajman, and Abu Dhabi. 1–2 days to Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Al Ain. Delivery is free across the UAE.
    How is the bird transported safely in UAE summer?
    Climate-controlled vehicle, secured travel cage, sun-shielded route, and a handler who has done thousands of bird drops. We avoid mid-day handovers in July–August where possible.
    Can I pay on delivery?
    Yes. Cash or card on delivery is the default. Bank transfer is also fine for high-value orders that need to be reserved before delivery.
    What does each bird arrive with?
    Leg-band ID, CITES paperwork (where applicable), a health certificate where the bird already has one on file (or we can arrange one through our vet partners at your cost), and a 15-minute handover briefing on diet, cage setup, and the next 48 hours of acclimation.
    How long does delivery from Dubai Birds to Sharjah take?
    25-35 minutes one-way from our Warsan 3 aviary on a clean run. Door-to-door is usually 1-2 hours from dispatch, depending on which side of Sharjah you're on (Al Nahda is closest, University City and Al Khan are middle-distance, Al Falaj and Al Suyoh are deeper).
    Do you have a physical store in Sharjah?
    No. We operate one aviary in Warsan 3, Dubai. Free delivery to Sharjah is built into the price, you only pay on arrival once you've inspected the bird.
    What's the cutoff time for same-day delivery to Sharjah?
    4pm is the firm cutoff for same-day delivery to Sharjah. The 4pm cutoff exists specifically because Al Ittihad Bridge / Al Garhoud Bridge congestion gets unworkable in the 5-7pm window, pushing later would mean the bird sits in traffic longer than we'd accept. After 4pm, we dispatch first thing next morning.
    Can I visit Dubai Birds before delivery to Sharjah?
    Yes, Sharjah buyers often do, especially for first-time bird purchases. The drive from Al Nahda or University City to Warsan 3 is 20-30 minutes outside rush hour. We're open 9am-9pm seven days a week with free parking. WhatsApp us 30 minutes ahead and we'll have the specific bird ready.
    How do bridge timings between Dubai and Sharjah affect delivery?
    Inbound to Dubai is congested 8-10am; outbound to Sharjah is congested 5-7:30pm. We plan Sharjah runs around those windows, typically dispatching mid-morning or just after lunch for clean transit. Heat-wise the bird is in a climate-controlled vehicle the entire time.
    Does Dubai Birds operate at Souk Al Jubail or any Sharjah pet markets?
    No. We don't sell through Souk Al Jubail, the Sharjah Animal Market, or any third-party retail. Every bird is hand-raised at our own Warsan 3 aviary with documented breeder provenance, leg-band ID, and an avian-vet health certificate. The souks follow a different sourcing model that we don't operate inside.
    Can I pay cash on delivery in Sharjah?
    Yes. Cash on delivery in AED is accepted across Sharjah. We also take card on delivery via portable terminal, and bank transfer for high-value orders (Macaws, premium Cockatoos) that need to be reserved before the vehicle leaves Warsan.
    Are CITES papers transferred to a Sharjah-based buyer at handover?
    Yes. African Greys, Hyacinth Macaws, Moluccan Cockatoos, and any other CITES-listed species ship with their original CITES paperwork at delivery in Sharjah, alongside the avian-vet health certificate and leg-band record. Keep them with your records, UAE authorities can ask for them at any future re-homing.

    Yes. We send video walkthroughs of specific birds via WhatsApp so you can see the bird's behaviour, confirm the leg-band, and check the feather condition before committing. The 20-minute drive to Warsan is also straightforward for in-person visits outside rush hour.
